The entire process starts with individual items. To ensure that we create office environments that positively impact the planet, we prioritize longevity and high quality in our product selection. Each piece of furniture is designed to last a minimum of 15 years. Component-based design allows these same items to be easily disassembled and repaired—extending their potential lifespan by decades and ensuring that a single piece of furniture does not end up in a landfill simply due to lack of spare parts. We've created a unique QR code for each piece of furniture, allowing us and our clients to precisely track the product lifecycle and report any product deficiencies if necessary. To ensure that visually appealing designs remain eye-catching even after years, our reverse logistics service is needed. Through this service, we take furniture items back from the client, carefully maintain and refurbish them, and give them a like-new appearance before redirecting them to the next client.
